Founder & Lead Trainer
Dr. Julie Jones-Branch founded RippleFX in 2016 with a vision rooted in the classroom — an educational consulting company where every training is designed for teachers, by teachers.
Julie holds a Ph.D. in Teaching, Learning and Teacher Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, along with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Child Development — all three from UNL.
With over 30 years of experience teaching Early Childhood in higher education, she brings both deep expertise and genuine passion to every training she leads.

Beginning with a 2-hour foundation session, the series continues through six deeper sessions building reflective practice, inquiry-based teaching, and a professional learning community — all grounded in real classroom application.
