Project Approach—Creating a Professional Learning Community

2hrs of in-service clock hours

This training is designed to apply principles from the initial Project Approach Training and integrate strategies from it in the current program's setting. The Creating a Professional Learning Community will create a co-inquiry group within the program where elements from the initial training will be explored, discussed and action plans created to be completed in between future training sessions. Participants will work with the trainer to develop methods for Reflective Practice to be used to guide Project work within the setting of the program. 

Objectives:

·      To create a Professional Learning Community within the program

·      To define and implement Reflective Practice strategies to support the Project Approach within the program

·      To create individual Action Plans that will support the Project work within the program
